Had a phone appointment scheduled for 11:45am and after waiting for 30 mins I called them and received no response. I eventually received the call from the doctor at 1pm (an hour and 15 mins late) and asks whether I have time to do the appointment now even though it’s much later than my scheduled time. At that point I was on my way to another doctors appointment so I informed her I don’t have time to do the appointment any more since she was really late in calling me. She says she will have the receptionist call me to rebook - ok I’m annoyed but I know she’s probably swamped so I understand. The receptionist calls me while I’m at my other appointment so I couldn’t answer but she left an extremely rude voicemail saying that the doctor informed her that I cancelled the appointment because I’m too busy and why didn’t I inform them before today that I would be unavailable. Either the receptionist is extremely dense or the doctor simply lied about the reason for having to reschedule. Either way after wasting my time and being treated horribly - no thanks!

You always have to leave messages as they don't answer the phone. The receptionist who calls back is a horrible person, very rude and talked to me in a disrespectful way making belittling, unnecessary remarks. She made me feel really uncomfortable and when I told her she doesn't need to speak to me this way, she hung up on me immediately. Her behaviour was embarrassing.
How do you get an appointment when your voice mailbox remains full at this time?
